Our Vision is to transform the world of early childhood education through its holistic, whole brain development. Children impacted by our program will grow into well-rounded, well-regulated and joyful adults who serve their community and shape the future.
Our Mission is to shape the future through Early Childhood Education with a research based approach that brings together the best of educational science, technology, and childcare expertise to unveil a child's infinite potential.

Across all of our campuses, we use various opportunities to give back to our community.
Each of the eight campuses take initiatives to partner with local charities and plan events such as food drives, bake sales, and art auctions, of which the majority or all of the proceeds go to charity.
We have forged ongoing relationships with the Kids Cancer Care Foundation, Calgary Food Drive, the Bare Bottoms Diaper Drive and the Generations of Hope Fertility Assistance Fund.
As an organization founded in the Treaty 7 Region of Southern Alberta, Canada, Fueling Brains Academy respects and honors the diverse histories, languages, cultures and experiences of First Nations, Métis, Inuit and First Peoples of Canada. We extend this respect and honour to the diversity in our community that includes but is not limited to race, ethnicity, national origin, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, socio-economic status, class, and religion. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment that brings together diverse perspectives from our students, staff, and families. We acknowledge the history of racism and discrimination in Canada and are committed to ensuring history does not repeat itself within our own communities and classrooms. We ensure that every policy we put in place, every learning plan we develop, and all of our teaching practices for students, staff, and the wider community alike, are equitable, diverse and inclusionary. We place human rights and dignity at the center of our core values, and strive to empower people of every age, background and walk of life.

In the spirit of reconciliation, Kids U acknowledges that we live, work and play on the traditional territories of the Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksika, Kainai, Piikani), the Tsuut’ina, the Îyâxe Nakoda Nations, the Métis Nation (Region 3), and all people who make their homes in the Treaty 7 region of Southern Alberta.
