Growth of brain is important for the kids, as proper growth ensures better learning ability and higher intelligence level. It is important that every kid should get balanced foods and nutritious diet for growth of brain. There are a few foods that have been recommended by Kids U to be imperative for development process of brain. In the following section, those foods will be discussed.

1. Eggs

Eggs are enriched with protein and various vitamins. Protein is important for proper functioning of the body hormones. These hormones play important roles in brain as well as physical growth or development. On the other hand, presence of various vitamins and minerals offers better body immune system.

2. Greek Yogurt

A full fat Greek Yogurt is always good for the rain development of kids. Fat is an essential component for brain development. Greek Yogurt is an amazing source of fat for kids.

3. Green Vegetable

Green vegetables are enriched with vitamins and minerals, along with many other nutritious substances. Your kids need spinach, broccoli and other green vegetables on their daily diet. Brains develop with proper nutrition and for proper nutrition green vegetables are important as well as mandatory inclusion in daily diet chart.

4. Fish

Although many kids do not love to eat fish, in reality fish is important for brain’s growth and physical development. Fish comes with Omega-3 fatty acid, which is an important component for brain growth. Fishes, like salmon and tuna come with high percentage of omega-3 fatty acid. Various vitamins and minerals are also there. Overall, eating fish can improve memory and help developing brain of kids.

5. Nuts and Seeds

For proper nutrition of brain and body, eating nuts and seeds is important. Nuts and seeds are enriched with antioxidants which help in growth of brain.

6. Oatmeal

Protein and fiber rich oatmeal is an excellent inclusion in daily diet for both kids and adults. For better health, eating oatmeal is essential. It also helps in brain development for kids.

7. Apples and Plums
